Postiz Bumeran ("the Service") is a self-hosted instance of the open-source Postiz social media scheduling tool, operated privately at https://postiz.bumeran.dev for personal and team use. The Service is not commercial, not public, and not offered to third parties.
Access to the Service is restricted to the operator and explicitly invited team members. The operator is responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity under those accounts.
The Service connects to third-party social media platforms (TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Discord, Slack, Mastodon, Pinterest, Reddit, GitHub) via official OAuth APIs. Use of those platforms remains subject to each platform's own Terms of Service. The operator agrees to comply with the rules of any platform connected to the Service, including content guidelines, rate limits, and prohibited use clauses.
The operator agrees not to use the Service to:
OAuth access and refresh tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted at rest in the Service's PostgreSQL database. Tokens are used solely to perform actions explicitly requested by the operator (e.g. publishing a scheduled post). Tokens are not shared with any third party.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The operator assumes all responsibility for content published through the Service and for compliance with each connected platform's rules.
The operator may disconnect any social platform integration at any time, which revokes the stored tokens and prevents further actions on behalf of that account.
For questions about these terms, contact the operator at kuamatzin@gmail.com.
